For your effort in pointing out the lower price we will meet and beat any legitimate competitor's price by $1, subject to the following limitations:
- Ordering: Price matches should be included in your order with RSM. However, if you find the same item at a lower price from a North American supplier within 60 days, we will credit you the difference toward your next purchase. Similarly, if RSM's own price is lower for the same item within 60 days of your purchase, the same rule applies.
- Products: Price Match Guarantee is not available for items costing less than $10, 2 euro unc coins or bullion items (britannias, kiwis, koalas, libertads, maple leafs, pandas and philharmonics).
- North America: The company must have a warehouse and shipping center physically located in North America (USA, Canada).
- Web Site: The company must have an internet web site where the product is featured. Auction Site prices are not included in the Price Match Guarantee.
- New Item: The product must be new and include parts (packaging, capsules, certificates etc.) comparable to those offered by RSM.
- In Stock: The product must be in stock and available for immediate shipment by RSM as well as the competitor.
- Normal price: The price must be the competitor's retail price. We will not match prices on wholesale items or items discounted by quantity.
- Shipping: The price matching policy does not include shipping charges, only the true product price.

- With order: Simply include the information in the blank comment section of the order form, and we will automatically enforce the Price Match Guarantee unless you are further notified.
Please include both the complete address (URL) of the web page where lower price was found and the date the lower price was found in your price match request.
