This issue honors the 100th anniversary of the birth of cartoonist and animator, Miki Muster.
A sculptor and pioneer of Slovenian comics, Miki Muster (1925-2018) has left his mark on Slovenian and European illustration and animation through his stories, picture books, and animated films. His works, ranging from comics to advertising films, have become part of the cultural heritage.
Muster's comics regularly clashed with the communist authorities of the time.
The design features his iconic comic strip characters, Zvitorepec, Trdonja, and Lakotnik, and clearly shows the characters' defining characteristics: Trdonja's stubbornness, Zvitorepec's cunning nature, and Lakotnik's insatiable appetite.
