The Island of Susak, located in the northern Adriatic, is renowned for its unique geological structure, shallow sandy coves and rich cultural heritage. This small island, known for its yellowish dust, features a distinctive traditional costume that is as vibrant as it is short! It is considered the shortest traditional costume in Europe and possibly the world. Young women on Susak wear short skirts in bright colours paired with pink or orange woollen stockings, making this attire exceptionally striking.

The obverse depicts the cartographic appearance of the Island of Susak and Cape Darto with its chapel. The reverse features the motif of the festive Susak traditional costume.

The coin is delivered in a jewel case with a certificate.
