This 3-coin release fits nicely into the Italian Excellence-series and features the Panini Group and its world-famous stickers. The coins share the same reverse and also has a similar obverse, except for the fact that each coin features a different color of the Italian flag - either red, green or white.

Panini is an Italian company headquartered in Modena, Italy, named after the Panini brothers who founded it in 1961. The company produces books, comics, magazines, stickers, trading cards and other items through its collectibles and publishing subsidiaries.

The obverse of the coins show a Panini sticker depicting a football field and a player performing a bicycle kick, depicted in one of the colors of the Italian flag on each version of the coin. A raised flap of the sticker uncovers the inscription “PANINI” and the Italian Mint logo.

The reverse also shows a Panini sticker depicting a football field highlighting the Panini logo, the year of issue “2022”, the inscription “CALCIATORI” and the value “5 EURO”. Above, on the right, a raised flap of the sticker uncovers the same texture reproduced on the obverse.
