Issued on September 22, this is the fifth coin in the series featuring ships as its common theme, and is dedicated to the Royal Yacht Dannebrog.

The Royal Yacht Dannebrog (Dannebrogen is the name of the Danish flag) was built in 1931-1932 at the Naval Dockyard in Copenhagen and was launched in 1932. The yacht serves as the official and private residence of Her Majesty the Queen, His Royal Highness the Prince Consort and members of the Royal Family when they are on summer cruises in Danish waters and on official visits to foreign countries. Four generations of the Danish Royal Family have used the Dannebrog and have added their touch to the yacht during its cruises. Along with her 58 crew, she can carry 27 royals and 14 guests.

The reverse shows the Dannebrog at sea. In the background, the sky is open between cloud cover, but can also be perceived as a map or naval chart. The obverse is the standard 20-krone design with Queen Margrethe's portrait.
